An email will be sent to you and also to fixmymarker.com alerting us of your order. A shipping lable will be displayed showing the address and information for the shippment. Make sure you use a trackable carrier, such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx as we are not responsible for any markers that don't make it to us due to postal error. We will then get your item, let you know what's wrong with it and how much it will cost, including return shipping.
